I am Wilkie Collins, the owner/operator of Native Way in SW Mississippi. I've been mining and knapping stone commercially since 1980; our specialty has been porcelain novaculite , Texas flints, tools, supplies knife blades and gallery pieces.
I've donfull-time business with hobbyists, schools, park services, museums and galleries for 37 years.
The changes in the knapping world I've seen since 1980 are wonderful with so many talented knappers now using amazing techniques. My offerings of finished work tend to have the authentic look--I like making pieces that have the feel of real.
Shipping: Domestic shipments via US Postal Priority are $7, $13 or $17, depending on what you order. We combine to save shipping. The shipping for a PayPal order through this site is set at $13.00. Contact us to confirm shipping if ordering small flat rate or large flat rate parcels.
Payment: I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, money order or personal check.
Orders will be shipped the same day or next day after receipt of payment--for checks and money orders, after the funds have cleared. Paypal is recommended.
