Marty Rueter

youtube channel http://www.youtube.com/user/Flintknappingtips I have been dedicated to knapping since 1989. The challenge of experimentation has been the most fun as well as meeting some great friends.

I use antler, bone, stone, ivory and wood for my replications. I do use a flattened piece of copper on some of my pieces for punch notching on certain materials. All my edgework is bone/antler when I choose to finish edges of knives/darts by pressure.

I want to offer here some very competitively priced reproductions as well as a few very accurate replicas of obscure types and the occasional oddball, or art piece .

Only a fraction of what I make is offered on this site.

I am reliable, but slow with some requests as I only have so much material in inventory. Special requests can be be made through email. martyrueter@yahoo.com.

As always, thanks for the interest for mine, and others work. The collector is an asset to experimental archaeology, and reviving lost stone age art, in its many forms. marty rueter
