About Me
I began flintknapping in 2008, when my curiosity about primitive living skills led me to try it for the first time. Back then, with all the pre-2012 “end of the world” fear going around, I thought it would be wise to pick up a few survival skills. Knapping honestly seemed too difficult, and I didn’t expect to pursue it long term. But the moment I struck my first flake, something clicked — I knew there was no turning back.

From that point on, what started as a simple skill turned into a lifelong passion. With my artistic and creative background, flintknapping naturally evolved into more than just toolmaking for me — it became an art form. Over the years I’ve focused less on reproducing traditional point styles and more on creating original works that reflect my own style and vision.

All of my eccentric pieces are made from thin, direct percussion bifaces, using spalls or raw stone, worked primarily with copper tools.
