This atlatl dart point was flintknapped from a beautiful Triflow Obsidian (with mahogany, smokey clear, and black thin bands). It is a stunning piece! These points were originally made by Native Americans in the Western states at about 3,500 to 1,200 years ago. As with all of his flintknapped pieces, James Bowden has signed and dated it with a diamond tipped scribe.
