Eccentrics are a favorite of mine to flintknap. Each one truly falls in the category of art, and is unique. I typically start flaking the stone and let the shape develop as I go. So, even the completed eccentric is a pleasant surprise for me to view when it is finished. This original piece of lithic art has been signed and dated with a diamond tipped scribe.
