This delicate point is a type of SW arrowhead called a Neff point that comes from SW New Mexico and the surrounding regions. its made of a piece of clear Montana agate with some dark brown chocolate colored streaks. The very tip of this point is almost black and doesn't show well in the photo. I think I held my breath for a new record length of time while chipping it out!
