This is a point style called a 'Steiner point'. These are super nasty serrated little points associated with the Mississippian with ripping barbs that slant forward. They're somewhat similar to the highly serrated Kalapuya points of Oregon's Willamette valley.. This one is made out of a piece of flint ridge with slightly differing colors on each side. This is a dainty little ripper point.
