This is a new type that I’ve not tried doing before. These are called ‘Edwards points’, and they are one of the multiple varieties of offering points found in the famous Spiro mound. There’s a number of types of these and they look something like small Elko points with nasty serrations and a needle tip. This one is made out of a peach and cinnamon colored piece of Ohio Flint Ridge but the colors in the pic don't do it justice. |
