Root Handled Fantasy Ribbon Obsidian Knife

This is one of the weirdest knives I have ever made, also one of the very coolest. Measured from blade tip to the top little finger is 10 3/4 inches. This very very unique handle is from a root ball of an old Ponderosa Pine that had been felled by the wind. The roots had been washed clean by years of rain and had weathered considerably. After knocking off the dead wood with a wire brush, this handle was exposed. I have stained and finished it with a protective coating. This nice blade goes so well with this handle and has been knapped out of a very cool ribbon obsidian. This is such a unique knife and would certainly stand out in any knife or flint knapping collection. I will probably add it to my personal collection if I think about it, so do not hesitate.
