Here's a nice replica Hupa arrow typical of the tribes that lived on the lower Klamath and Trinity Rivers in NW California . It is a compound or two part arrow with the fore shaft made of service berry with an yellow jasper side notched point set in the notch with pitch and sinew. The main shaft is made of syringa and has Canada goose feathers for fletchings all wrapped with sinew and glued with hide glue. Blue and red trade pigments are used on this arrow for painting the crest colors and the sinew lashings just like on the originals. The fletch length, paint crests and colors are very copies and sizes from the old original arrow. I'll provide more details to the buyer. I actually have hunted with arrows like this and they work just fine.
