Here is the last of my Indian Blanket points by Don Sutton. The mine that produced Indian Blanket jasper closed down in 2010 and I was fortunate enough to dig out a lot of great material from the mine prior to it's closing when I visited Don Sutton in southern Utah. Don was friends with the owner in Enterprise, Utah. Now the only IB one can find is cabochon sized pebbles. |
