This point is made from a fun material to work, Rainey Buttes. It is actually a petrified wood from North Dakota that has a high iron content, making this material and and points made from it noticeably heavier than normal flint. This piece is not a particular replica of any style. It is a good size to haft on an arrow shaft, and would readily kill any animal you would hunt. |
