I had a number of extra Columbia River points that I made for the Knapping calendar that didn't end up in the photo shoot so here's one of them. This is called a Rabbit Island style point. They often are long and skinny with a small contracting stem. Some were large enough to be dart points and others were arrow points. This one is the latter and is made out of yellow Oregon sunset jasper which was used a lot along the river.
