Up for consideration is a beautifully executed 3 1/4 inch Clovis point made from striking Painted Buffalo chert. This piece really delivers on both craftsmanship and material.
The coloration is outstanding—rich blends of tan, cream, and deep reddish-brown with classic “painted” patterning that gives it tremendous visual depth and character.
Technically, this is a strong example:

One flute runs cleanly to the tip
The reverse side is fluted nearly full length
Edges are finely serrated with consistent, controlled work
Overall symmetry and thinning are well done

A very eye-catching Clovis with long flutes and great material—displays beautifully from either side.

A solid addition for any modern lithics or Paleo-style collection.
