This orange agate Elko point is made is made from a nicely colored piece of orange Montana agate. I left a little black 'freckle' on the very tip of it so you can see where the point ends. I made this Elko based on some old ones I've seen from Crump Lake in SE Oregon that had a rather distinctive style to them with a needle and serrated edges so its not a 'made up' typology. No doubt they were atlatl points and must have been really effective!
