A new stunning black and white contrast piece from the Coyote Spirit collection. This large showpiece is made from a full coyote skull and a huge piece of Burlington chert that has been beautifully flintknapped into a very large knife blade. The blade is sharp and thin with great flaking scars. It has been secured to the full reconstructed lower jaw of the coyote. The lower jaw section has been meticulously shaped and reassembled to make a unique and sturdy handle. The matching skull has been secured to a beautiful finished wood base. The base has a 45 degree stand angle and rotates nicely. The large 11 inch knife hangs by it's fangs on two coyote foot bones. Truly one of a kind. This knife has been made to last generations. The 3 dimensional look and the eye-catching contrast will compliment any room or office. All teeth are present, natural, and perfect in both pieces.

This piece is discretely initialed, numbered, and dated by the artist (TDB '10 004).
