What a beautiful point this is. I had no idea this would turn out so well. This smoky gray piece of agate had an incredible surprise for me inside. The orange eye had lavender iris. When this point is back lit it explodes with colors. Add a little fluorescent lighting and the lavenders glare at you. Top these colors with a flake pattern about as well as I can do and the separate knapped edging and you have a master piece. This point is edged with a special technique I came up with where I completely re-flake the edges only a quarter of an inch in. And it has nice notches. All photos are illuminated from both sides except the last. I wanted to show off the colors. |
