I collected this beautiful orange jasper from Lavic Siding in the Mojave Desert years ago. Today the area is part of a National Monument.
This arrowhead has a bit of a glossiness, due to the heat treatment of the stone before I flintknapped it. I signed and dated the point with a diamond tipped scribe, as I do with all of my lithic art.
