This waxy, translucent, root beer colored stone is amazingly beautiful! I also love Knife River Flint, because it holds up to delicate edge work and extreme thinning of the piece. In fact, this arrowhead averages just 1/16 inch thick (with 3/32 inch at its thickest part). There is only 1/8 inch between the notches!
