Excellent needle-tipped incurvate corner notch point, in some seriously sweet new Oceanwave Agate that I recently got my hands on! Great flaking and balance, sharp edges and tip, smooth regular surface, and excellent form. This Oceanwave has excellent color and very detailed features. A real stunner with lots of character. Not to mention great luster.
Direct percussion to rough biface, indirect to final stage biface and preform, pressure the rest of the way.
*(side note- you may notice what appears to be a very fine hairline fracture, but I assure you it is 110% healed, and was present all the way from spall to finished point without showing any sign of weakness. Flaked perfectly through. These seem quite common in Oceanwave, but very rarely are they live cracks interestingly)
