This is a nice, very thin replica of an early Archaic point. It is made from a pinkish chert. Lots of care was taken in the making of this point, as it is a copy of one that is in my personal collection. This is the second copy of that point I have made as the first one sold in less than 15 minutes of being finished to a friend. I am very pleased with how this one turned out as far as being almost an identical copy. If you are from a part of the county where Hardin style points are not found, this is one of those point types that is a must for any collection. Best wishes and as always thank you for looking. |
