The Crump Lake style side notch point is made out of very hard to find hot green Mexican rainbow obsidian. This thing just flashes in bright light like crazy and it turned out beautifully. I only have a little bit of this material on hand. This one turned out extra nice. Fine serrations, and expanding notches only about a 16th of an inch wide and fine diagonal flaking. Point like this don’t come along too often plus they’re a pain to make. |
