A stunning piece of craft in one of North America's most spectacular toolstones. This modern Dovetail is knapped from genuine Flintridge flint, showcasing that unmistakable swirling palette of teal, cream, and iron-red that makes Ohio's premier flint so sought after by knappers and collectors alike.
The form is faithful to the Early Archaic original — lanceolate blade, clean basal notches, and a nicely splayed, thinned base. Flaking is bold and controlled across the face, with good symmetry and a sharp, intact tip. At 5 inches it has real presence in the hand.
