This is a type of point I don't make much as I tend to lean towards Western point styles but for all you eastern folk, here's one for you! I percussion flaked this the good old fashioned way out of a beautiful big spall of Flint Ridge then pressured flaked it all to finish. It has a pale pumpkin orange, greenish splotches, creamy tip, and reddish orange banding in it. I could have made a big desert side notch but that just didn't seem to fit. |
