I'm relisting this point and one other because a flake of a buyer has had nearly a month to pay tried to back out on part of what he committed to buy and still hasn't come through so here it is listed yet again. the rest of you sellers watch out for this weed. PM me for the name if you want. So, here it is again. Now and then its fun to do something out of my area of favorite point types. This is a Scallron point which is a brother to a Sequoia point only it just has a wider base for the most part. i was looking at a photo of an exceptionally nasty serrated one that had barbs that stuck out like little fangs. It was actually kind of tricky to do. Made from a colorful piece of flint ridge I recently acquired and quite thin. Points similar to these were found in the infamous Craig Spiro site mound. |
