This Shasta style obsidian point is made out of an old piece of Davis Creek CA rainbow called 'electric blue'. Not much of this lavender and blue sheen rainbow is around anymore. This one is based on real points I've seen from Southern Oregon and Northern California. They're not quite a Wintu point but are sort of first cousins. Key hole round expanding notches and fine serrations.I tried to get the blue sheen best I could in artificial light but its brighter than it appears in the pics. |
