Made from beautiful silver sheen obsidian. Egyptian Gerzean knifes we’re grounded smooth on both sides and then pressure flaked only on one side. Many of them were found in pre dynastic period tombs. My attempt at this knife was definitely a challenge for me and I still have a ways to go to get closer to the originals but much was learned! The third picture shows the micro serrations on each delta along the blade edge and the one small grind mark I failed to remove. Blade is approximately 1/4” thick.
