A really pretty Dovetail by one of the best abo knappers around, Marty Rueter. Marty is well-known and an excellent flint knapper. This Dovetail was made from a grayish cream piece of Burlington, and thinned at the base of the tail. The point is well-made and a really nice replica. We purchased the Dovetail from Marty in May, 2000 at the Arkansas Water Creek Knap-in. Knapped May, 2000. Inv # 0005-58R |
