A beautiful heat-treated, Burlington Dovetail arrowhead. This point is extremely well-balanced. Broad percussion scars along with fine secondary flaking.
Colors include various shades of pink, orange, red, cream, and white. This particular point also has a couple really neat crystal bullseyes / inclusions on both faces.
Dovetails date between 10,000-8,000 years B.P. and are from the Early Archaic period.
This is a must have point for collectors!
It measures at 5 7/8” x 1 3/4”. |
