Somebody asked me; "so how deep can you make the notches?" To which I replied; 'you can make them about as deep as you want really but you'll compromise the strength and durability of the point'. They wanted me to do one anyway so,... here is. The old Cahokia points weren't ever notched anywhere near this deep so this one is sort of a highly stylized art form of a Cahokia. Its also longer than the originals as well. Its made of flint ridge with reddish banding in it and serrated. So there you go. Not something I'll make a lot of. |
