Large, classic Dalton in exceptional Flintridge. This one runs 5 3/8 inches and the material is about as good as it gets — dominated by a rich aqua-green with swirling accents of cream, rust, and deep burgundy, all with that trademark waxy translucence. Showstopper stone.
Form is textbook Dalton — lanceolate blade, slight waisting, well-developed auriculate ears. Flaking is bold and clean throughout.
Not many Daltons show up at this size in Flintridge, let alone in green material like this. Display grade. |
