A beautifully flaked, Burlington Dalton arrowhead. This point is made using heat-treated Burlington chert. Nice pink/orange/cream colors down at the bottom. This spall of Burlington was also slightly fossiliferious. This is a favorite style among collectors.
This style replicates those made by Native Americans 10,000-9,200 years B.P. The style can be found throughout the Midwest and southeastern states.
