Great Corner Notch in awesome dendritic Australian Wanong Opal. Nice flaking and form, super high luster, and very sharp. This material was great to work, considerable reduction with nothing but a pressure flaker is a real possibility! Opal really is very unique. Too bad it's often too cracked up to make a point with. Thankfully this one was not!
Careful fine-indirect to rough 1st stage biface, pressure the rest of the way!
