This nice little Columbia River sweep wing is made out of a jasp-agate right off the Columbia Gorge and was used a great deal by the tribes on the mid river. Its very thin with fine ribbon flaking, needle tip and fine serrations. The photo doesn't do the color of the material justice as its sort of tan with reddish streaking. |
