A colorful Clovis out of a pretty, glossy piece of Florida Coral, by well-known flint knapper, Jeff Gower. Jeff is one of the best commercial flint knappers in the U.S., meaning he made a living at flint knapping, and maybe still does. It’s a nice replica and was knapped over 20 years ago. The colors are cream, orange, yellow, blue and gray. We purchased the Clovis from Jeff in Aug, 1998 at the Texas Maxdale Knap-in. Knapped Aug, 1998. Inv # 9808-92R |
