It's been a long time since I made or sold anything fluted, but I saw Parker post a mini Clovis a few months ago that looked fun. Then I bought a Folsom from him a couple weeks ago and that sealed the deal - I had to nock a fluted point out for my gallery too, especially since it's been so long. I made this one from gemmy Withlacoochee Agatized Coral. A-side flute traveled halfway, B-side traveled a third of the way. B-side Would have gone farther if I had been a little more careful with my platform prep, but it's been a few years so give me a break. Ha. Fluted with indirect percussion.
