I was looking at some original Crump lake points from S.E. Oregon, and saw one that inspired me to make this. This one is made out of very hard to find Burns Oregon green obsidian with a streak of what is called blue flame in it. The photos as usual, just don’t do it justice the color is more intense than what is shown. I don’t have very much of this material left so when it’s gone, it’s gone. Anyway, here’s a very nice one with expanding notches and find serrations on a needle tip. |
