This big gray obsidian(often called dacite) blade was percussion flaked from a large spall the old way. It was going to be a knife blade but there was a change of plans. Not something I make a lot of but from time to time its nice to toss in something really different. This thing is pretty big and thin. I left it sort of unrefined so it would have that 'old look' to it. |
