A rare and highly collectible work of knapping history made by Byron Yabumoto Quimbey between 1997-1999. The blade is chipped from obsidian, mounted nicely using pitch/sinew, adorned with decorative brass tack, delicate seed beading, and feathers. I've been fortunate to handle several of Byron's pieces over the years; this one is one of the best and it is in excellent condition. All of the beads are intact, the feathers are clean and pristine, the blade has no dings, and it would look amazing on your wall. Due to the fragility of this item, I will have it insured, packed, and delivered by UPS (included in the price). |
