This square barbed Elko style great basin style point is made from a very unusual obsidian that extremely few people know of. Its a sort of Burns green color with black semi clear spots all over in it. A relative found this years ago and named it "Alligator obsidian'. I recently made a trip to the 'outback' and acquired more of it so this is one of the first batch of points made from it. |
