I had an order some time ago for some Northern Plains point types and the customer only took some of them so this one was left over. Agate Basin points are an ancient paleo point found primarily in the Northern Plains with ground edges on the bottom margins. This one is made from a purplish jasper from Northern Oregon. The color is more of a light purple than the photos show.
