This is a big, bold Snyders with everything you want to see. The material alone stops you cold — classic Flintridge flint in a riot of red, jade green, cream, and orange, all swirled together the way only Ohio Flintridge can deliver.
At nearly 4 inches, it carries real presence, and the broad, triangular blade tapers cleanly to the tip. The corner notches are well-executed, and the hafting area is nicely proportioned.
A great example of the type in one of the most visually stunning lithic materials North America has to offer. |
