The Castle Creek Site is located in Binghamton, New York. I was able to obtain a large assortment of pottery shards from this site that were excavated in the 1930's. This pottery Vessel is based on a large rim shard from the site. Made from self hardening clay to prevent cracking and formed the old way with a wooden paddle, and a stick for punctating. I aged this one to give it a Museum quality appearance. |
